It’s time for another episode of Lit, Period! When you’re tackling the English Renaissance, it can be easy to get carried away by the incredible impact Shakespeare had on English literature… but there was actually a lot of other excellent work being done at the same time! We attempt to take a bird’s eye view of the period in this episode and spread the love to all the others who made this era a great one, including our favorite Bard.
